Refund Policy

1. General Return Conditions
At Staytune Fashion, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Items that appear worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include intimate apparel, swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed), pierced jewelry, and custom-made or personalized items.
Additionally, gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
For defective items, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the defect.
5. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
